As a Professional Fitness Trainer, my passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle. Everyone is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals. I aim to strengthen your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your fitness.

Twerk Fitness was everything I imagined and more, Aurora Renee' really encompasses a great instructor and relatable woman. I felt so comfortable taking her classes and would recommend every woman to at least try it once in your life.
